Калининградские таможенники не пустили в регион 974 кг незадекларированного имбиря и 4,5 тонны санкционных лимонов. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба пограничного ведомства.
10 апреля на таможенный пост МАПП «Чернышевское» с литовской стороны прибыл грузовик калининградской компании. Во время проверки специалисты нашли незадекларированный корень имбиря и выяснили, что лимоны на самом деле выращены в Испании, а не в Узбекистане, как было сказано в документах.
Лимоны из стран ЕС ввозить в Россию запрещено. Всю партию изъяли и уничтожат. В отношении владельца товара возбудили два дела по статье 16.3 КоАП РФ «Несоблюдение запретов и ограничений на ввоз товаров…» и по части 3 статьи 16.1 КоАП РФ «Заявление при таможенном декларировании недостоверных сведений о товарах…».
Как ранее сообщал РБК Калининград, из-за слухов о том, что имбирь защищает от коронавируса, в регионе корень подорожал в два раза — с 250 рублей до 499. Поставщики и перекупщики же объяснили повышение цен дефицитом, поскольку товар завозится из Китая, в котором сейчас сложная эпидемиологическая ситуация.
