Заместитель начальника Башкортостанской таможни Денис Шуляченко стал фигурантом уголовного дела по приготовлению к мошенничеству для получения субсидии на приобретение жилья. Оно возбуждено Приволжским следственным управлением на транспорте СК России, сообщает пресс-служба ведомства.
По версии следствия, подозреваемый в январе 2019 года подал начальнику Башкортостанской таможни заявление о его постановке на учет для получения единовременной социальной выплаты на приобретение или строительство жилья, в котором умолчал о том, что в связи с прохождением в период с 1988 по 1998 годы службы в Вооруженных силах Российской Федерации, в августе 2006 года получил государственный жилищный сертификат о выделении субсидии на те же цели, который использовал при приобретении квартиры в Самаре.
На момент выявления сотрудниками УФСБ России по Башкирии факта мошенничества, подозреваемый стоял на учете на получение единовременной социальной выплаты для приобретения или строительства жилья в размере 4,1 млн рублей.
Подозреваемый являлся председателем комиссии Башкортостанской таможни по рассмотрению вопросов предоставления сотрудникам таможенных органов единовременной социальной выплаты для приобретения или строительства жилого помещения и осознавал противоправность своих действий, подчеркивается в сообщении пресс-службы.
В результате таможенный служащий подозревается в приготовлении к мошенничеству при получении выплат, а именно к хищению денежных средств при получении социальной выплаты для приобретения или строительства жилого помещения в особо крупном размере (ч.1 ст.30 ч.4 ст.159.2 УК РФ).
